About Project
The Pelican Hill 2nd Stage continuation project, which was built by Kameroğlu Construction, was designed with a new understanding at the beginning of 2014. The villa project has a gross area of 445-540 m², 80% of which is single-storey and 20% of which is two-storey. There are 70 m² pool in the gardens ranging between 2000-2500 m² on average.
